Your Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach + Accountability Bestie

Helping you build strength, find balance, and create lasting wellness

—without the noise of diet culture

Why I Started

Coaching

I know what it’s like to struggle with balance—wanting to nourish and train my body properly while trying to break free from the noise of diet culture. I've battled emotional eating, constant food noise, body dysmorphia, and the frustration of feeling stuck in a body that doesn't feel good. It's a constant journey. That’s why I started coaching—to help others navigate their own journey with compassion, consistency, and confidence.

I believe in a whole-body approach to health—one that supports longevity, strength, mental well-being, and feeling your best without guilt or extremes. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, stress reduction, ADHD management, finding balance, or simply feeling better in your body, I’m here to support you—because we all deserve a little help along the way.

We've all experienced diet culture.

Newsflash - if you are a human on this planet, you've experienced it. Yup, diet culture. The toxic mindset that equates certain body types with being healthy and worthy. It glamorizes crash diets, shames bodies that don’t fit the “ideal,” and makes food feel like a moral decision. The result? Guilt, restriction, and a messed-up relationship with eating and movement.

I’m not here for diet culture—I’m here for real health, real strength, and real confidence. Fitness isn’t about shrinking yourself to fit an impossible standard; it’s about building a body and mindset that support you for life—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I don’t believe in guilt around food, endless restriction, or punishing workouts. I believe in fuelling your body well, moving in ways that make you stronger and happier, and creating habits that actually last. Health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and success isn’t measured by a number on the scale.

Before we begin eliminating the toxic diet culture narrative, it’s important to recognize that two things can be true at the same time.

We can fully embrace that our bodies are worthy at every size—no matter where we’re starting. And at the same time, we can acknowledge that our daily habits impact our long-term health in real, measurable ways. Things like blood sugar regulation (A1C), heart health, joint mobility, hormone balance, mental health, and overall energy levels are all affected by how we move, fuel, and care for our bodies. And that's barely cracking the surface...

Rejecting diet culture doesn’t mean ignoring health—it means approaching fitness and nutrition with balance, knowledge, and self-respect, rather than guilt or shame. Our goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress, sustainability, and feeling our best inside and out.

My Story

I grew up watching people I loved criticize their bodies—and learned to do the same. Body shame became part of how I saw myself. As a teen, I survived on beef jerky and Slim Fast bars, then binged when hunger hit, only to hate myself after. Even at my thinnest, I was still “too curvy” by impossible standards.

Pregnancy shifted everything. Carrying my first baby was the first time I felt truly confident in my body. Around the same time, social media began changing—real bodies, real stories, and self-love started replacing constant criticism.

But post-pregnancy, the old patterns crept back in: yo-yo dieting (because we’re taught losing baby weight matters more than fueling ourselves), emotional eating, and feeling stuck in a new body I didn’t accept. Then came the pandemic, raising three kids, unhealed trauma, and learning about my neurodivergence. THC and food became my cozy escape—but left me groggy and disconnected.

Eventually, I had enough. I built a gym in my outdoor shop, joined a fitness challenge, and made daily movement non-negotiable. I let go of THC, took charge of my eating, and built a support system that helped my body—and brain—thrive.

Now, after two years of consistent training and sustainable fat loss habits in action, I feel true wellness. Not because of a number on the scale, but because of healthy habits, consistency, and deep self-respect. Yes, I’m getting leaner and stronger on the outside, but more importantly, I’m clearer, calmer, and more confident.

Health isn’t about perfection or timelines—it’s about creating habits that support your today, and your tomorrow. Fitness and proper nutrition impact every part of your wellbeing. You don’t have to do it alone, and I’d be thrilled to be your fitness-loving, soft-bellied hype girl.
