About Me

I’m a weight lifter, runner, hiker, walker, and proud mom of three — a soft-bellied queen who believes fitness should feel empowering, not punishing. After years of battling diet culture, body shame, and burnout, I found my strength (literally and figuratively) in sustainable movement, fueling my body with intention, and letting go of perfection. I help others reconnect with their bodies through real talk, realistic strategies, and a whole lot of encouragement. Whether we’re chatting about nutrition swaps or celebrating small wins, I’m here to be your fitness-loving, hype-you-up guide to long-term wellness that fits your life. Wellness is so much more than a number on the scale.

Certificates

I’m proudly an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer (ICPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). If we’re working together in person, you can feel confident knowing I’m also CPR/AED certified — your safety is always a top priority as we work toward your goals.

Specialization

While I’m not your go-to expert for marathon training, yoga mastery, or niche sports, I am here to offer well-rounded, practical guidance across many areas of fitness with my main focus being on strength training. Building muscle is foundational, no matter what your goals are, and traditional weight lifting is where my passion (and expertise) truly shines.

 

On the nutrition side, I emphasize a balanced, sustainable approach to fuel your body, support your goals, and help you feel your best — whether you’re after a total transformation or simply more energy and confidence in your everyday life. You won't be cutting out food groups here.

Who I Help

I work with people who are ready to break up with all-or-nothing thinking, ditch diet culture, and build strength—physically and mentally. If you are prepared to change, sometimes all that's left is needing a little guidance and accountability to get the hang of things.

I keep it simple, sustainable, and supportive. Through strength-based training, balanced nutrition guidance, and real-life habit coaching, I help you build lasting results without restriction or overwhelm. We focus on progress over perfection—one step, one rep, one habit at a time.
